Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing virtual supervision for a school-based team. This position is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in making a meaningful impact from a flexible, remote setting. Serving a part-time schedule of approximately 2 hours per week (8 hours per month), you will deliver expert behavioral supervision through the end of ESY, August 6, 2026.

What youll need:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required)
  • Experience providing BCBA supervision, preferably in school or educational settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for virtual collaboration
  • Commitment to ethical guidelines and best practices within ABA

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote supervision to staff and implementers in accordance with BACB standards
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and oversight to ensure high-quality intervention and program fidelity
  • Review treatment data, offer expertise on best practices, and support team problem-solving
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records as required
  • Participate in scheduled virtual meetings and respond promptly to the teams supervision needs
