Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working within educational or school-based settings highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred for behavioral support services
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure interventions are consistent and effective
  • Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies and data collection
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed, maintaining thorough and compliant records
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide behavioral expertise and advocate for student needs
