As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will deliver invaluable support and guidance to K-12th grade students, collaborating with educators and families to foster positive behavioral growth. This contract position offers a steady, full-time schedule with 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification recognized in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated experience supporting K-12th grade students in school settings
- Strong ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and data-driven decision-making
- Effective communicator, adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations and promoting inclusive educational experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavioral intervention strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement evidence-based supports
- Provide staff training and consultation on best practices for behavior management
- Monitor progress and adjust individualized plans as necessary, ensuring consistent documentation
- Support compliance with all state and federal regulations related to special education and behavioral health
