Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst serving students in a school-based setting. This contract opportunity focuses on delivering expert behavioral support to a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. This role is exclusive to onsite services and provides an excellent chance to collaborate directly with educators, support staff, and families.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with students in Pre-K through 12th grade
  • Ability to assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine individual student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support student success
  • Provide professional development and guidance to staff and families
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation
  • Work collaboratively to cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment
