Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Proven experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and development of effective behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to consult and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Up-to-date on best practices and current methodologies in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Train and support teachers, aides, and support staff in behavior management strategies
  • Provide direct consultation and modeling of techniques for effective student engagement
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress records, and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Foster partnerships with families to maximize generalization of skills beyond the classroom

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
