Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience delivering behavioral analysis services within K-12 school environments preferred
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and data-driven decision making
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational abilities for supporting multiple caseloads and documentation requirements
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with professional guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and analyze results to target student needs
• Design, supervise, and adjust individualized BIPs for students with varying behavioral challenges
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on behavioral goals and accommodations
• Mentor and provide ongoing training for school staff, empowering them to implement best practices in the classroom
• Collect, manage, and interpret behavioral data to measure student progress and modify strategies as needed
• Serve as a resource for families, educators, and support staff regarding behavioral supports and interventions
