Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Previous experience delivering behavioral analysis services within K-12 school environments preferred
- In-depth knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and data-driven decision making
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational abilities for supporting multiple caseloads and documentation requirements
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with professional guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and analyze results to target student needs
- Design, supervise, and adjust individualized BIPs for students with varying behavioral challenges
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on behavioral goals and accommodations
- Mentor and provide ongoing training for school staff, empowering them to implement best practices in the classroom
- Collect, manage, and interpret behavioral data to measure student progress and modify strategies as needed
- Serve as a resource for families, educators, and support staff regarding behavioral supports and interventions
