Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working with children in educational or related settings
- Strong grasp of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
- Ability to assess, design, and supervise implementation of individualized student behavior plans
- Excellent communication, consultation, and training skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and family members
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
