Job Description

Make a significant impact supporting students and teams across several school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic, contract-based onsite position. This full-time role works throughout multiple buildings, providing vital expertise in behavioral assessment and intervention, while collaborating with a diverse team of educational staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification, with state-specific licensure as required
  • Experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Proficient creating and updating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Comfortable leading, training, and modeling for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teaching staff
  • Commitment to best practices in data collection, graphing, and progress monitoring for IEP meetings
  • Familiarity with any additional district or state credentials necessary for school-based roles

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel between 23 school sites within the district, serving varied caseload needs
  • Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven, individualized BIPs
  • Collect behavioral data, maintain thorough documentation, and generate progress reports for IEP meetings
  • Coach and mentor paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachersproviding hands-on modeling and ongoing supervision
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive comprehensive support
