This is a full school-year assignment, working on-site with a dedicated student population from August through late May. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), youll play a pivotal role in helping shape positive behavioral interventions and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification is required
- Prior experience providing ABA services within a school or youth setting
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Confident in conducting assessments and data collection
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently and as a supportive team member
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide behavior analytic services on-site
- Design and oversee the implementation of individualized intervention plans for students
- Train and support educational staff on behavior strategies
- Regularly consult with teachers, administrators, and families, offering expertise and guidance
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school protocols and ethical BCBA standards
- Track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and participate in team meetings
- Commit to a flexible, school-based schedule (hours to be determined during the interview process)
