This contract position, located onsite and close to Lavaca, AR, will place you in a vibrant school environment where your expertise is valued.

What Were Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification and current licensure
  • Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings
  • Familiarity with developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to provide BCBA-level training and support to staff
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
  • Comfortable with onsite requirements

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design targeted interventions
  • Guide implementation of behavior plans, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments
  • Train and support educators and paraeducators in behavior management techniques
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all interventions and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing BCBA expertise to help shape student success
  • Communicate clearly with families and school teams, fostering a positive, solutions-focused environment
  • Meet onsite requirements and attend Zoom interviews as part of the hiring process

This school-year contract offers schedule flexibility based on your availability and agreed weekly hours. You'll play a central role on a dedicated team, making a measurable difference from August through late May.
