Play a key role supporting students by sharing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during the upcoming school year. Based onsite at a welcoming school community near Lavaca, AR, you will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive behavioral change and create impactful learning environments for students.

This contract opportunity runs from August through the end of May. Your schedule will be tailored to meet your availability while ensuring meaningful service delivery, with weekly hours determined by the annual contract total. All interviews will be conducted virtually, ensuring convenience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure required
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and consultation
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Professional, adaptable, and committed to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Design and oversee individualized interventions for students
• Collect and interpret behavioral data to measure progress
• Provide hands-on training, support, and consultation for school staff and families
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with school policies and legal guidelines
