Preferred candidates will possess:
- Active, current certification as a BCBA in Maryland
- Experience implementing and interpreting behavior analytic assessments
- Familiarity supporting diverse student populations of all ages
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Proficiency in developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring ABA-based interventions
- Providing consultation, training, and ongoing support to classroom staff
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to maximize student achievement
- Maintaining accurate records in compliance with all regulations and standards
- Ensuring a supportive, inclusive environment for every learner
