Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, valid in Pennsylvania
  • Experience working with middle and high school populations (grades 612)
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Active Act 34, 151, and 114 Clearances required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to carry out behavior plans
  • Provide training and ongoing support for school staff regarding best behavior management practices
  • Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Engage with families and provide resources or consultation as appropriate
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and professional standards
