Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, valid in Pennsylvania
- Experience working with middle and high school populations (grades 612)
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Active Act 34, 151, and 114 Clearances required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to carry out behavior plans
- Provide training and ongoing support for school staff regarding best behavior management practices
- Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage with families and provide resources or consultation as appropriate
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and professional standards
