Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential OR Special Education Teacher with ASD classroom background
- School-based experience supporting students with Autism (ASD), especially ages 5-21
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and application in school settings
- Effective at collaborating across teams and communicating with families and staff
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional activities for students with ASD across various settings
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior and learning interventions
- Adapt curriculum/materials to accommodate diverse learners
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Facilitate staff and family training on ASD supports and interventions
- Promote social skill development and advocate for inclusive learning environments
- Contribute to meetings, documentation, and continuous professional development
