Make an impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This is a contract opportunity with an engaging caseload of approximately 50-60 students, all served onsite. Work closely with educators and staff in a supportive school-based environment, helping learners achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Skilled in developing data-driven intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate behavioral programs for students on your caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Provide ongoing training and consultation to school personnel
- Collaborate with classroom teams to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and student support planning
