Job Description

Two skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are sought for a long-term contract role based on-site in the Fort Worth region. This opportunity runs from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027, and offers full-time hours of up to 37.5 per week in an itinerant capacity within the district.

In this role, youll provide essential evaluative support and behavioral consultations to enhance Full Individual and Initial Evaluations (FIIE), primarily collaborating with School Psychologists (LSSPs). Your expertise will support both staff and students by conducting direct observations, Functional Behavior Assessments, and administering specialized assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS. The position revolves around identifying skill deficits and making actionable recommendations for student growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Texas BCBA license required
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel between multiple schools within the district
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with specialized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
  • Commitment to comprehensive data collection and consultation
  • Must be able to complete TEA fingerprinting process (if not completed recently for another public district); clearance must be confirmed before beginning
