Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Experience providing behavioral services in school environments preferred
• Familiarity with data collection, assessment, and ABA principles
• Excellent communication skills for working with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Provide direct and consultative support to students displaying challenging behaviors
• Offer ongoing staff training and professional development in applied behavior analysis techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track behavioral improvements
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
