Job Description

Enhance the educational experience for students by providing behavioral support and expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certification as a BCBA, active and in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience working within school settings or with school-aged children
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Masters degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to implement behavior plans
  • Provide training and guidance for staff on behavioral strategies and ABA methodologies
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
  • Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches in student support
