Enhance the educational experience for students by providing behavioral support and expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students and staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes and foster an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certification as a BCBA, active and in good standing
- Demonstrated experience working within school settings or with school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop targeted intervention plans
- Masters degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to implement behavior plans
- Provide training and guidance for staff on behavioral strategies and ABA methodologies
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
- Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches in student support
