Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification is required

- Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements
- Ability to provide staff training and ongoing support in implementing interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate behavioral strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for students in both individual and group settings
- Provide guidance, modeling, and training for teachers and school staff on evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Track progress, collect data, and adjust plans as needed to maximize student growth
- Communicate regularly with families to share updates and strategies for supporting students at home
