Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working in K12 school-based settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral intervention plans
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of federal and state special education regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and related service providers to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices for behavior support and data tracking
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing guidance and expertise to parents and team members
  • Support positive behavioral outcomes and a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students
