Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school environments strongly preferred
• Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and modification of interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to promoting positive behavioral outcomes for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Train and support school personnel in implementing interventions and data collection procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with special education teams, attend IEP meetings, and contribute behavioral expertise
• Provide guidance and training to paraprofessionals and teachers to ensure fidelity of interventions
