Desired Qualifications:
- BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
- Deep understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data analysis

- Ability to train and guide paraprofessionals and teachers in implementing behavior plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and school staff regarding behavioral strategies
- Deliver staff training and guidance on best practices in behavior management
- Facilitate family meetings to explain recommendations and progress
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and school/district policies
