As part of an adaptable, contract-based team, youll collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure that students with behavioral or developmental needs receive expert guidance and intervention.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working in educational environments with children or adolescents
- Proficiency with conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to provide staff training and support for behavior strategies
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students behavioral challenges and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with school faculty, IEP teams, and families to create individualized programs that foster student success
