Job Description

Bring your ABA expertise to a supportive educational environment serving students from early childhood through 8th grade. This contract opportunity in the Joliet, IL area offers meaningful work with a diverse caseload in cooperative programming for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:
Valid Illinois BCBA certification
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis in school settings
Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans
Collaborative and communicative approach with students, families, and staff
Organizational skills for managing multiple cases and documentation

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough behavioral assessments across early childhood and K-8 age groups
Develop and monitor individualized plans for students based on assessment data
Guide and collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective interventions
Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure ongoing compliance
Train educators and paraprofessionals on behavioral approaches and data collection
Maintain accurate records and support IEP team meetings with clear documentation
Serve as a resource for families, fostering understanding and consistency between home and school environments
