A leading school in Joliet, IL is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite contract position. This role requires a dedicated professional with a background in behavior analysis to support students within an educational setting. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, providing stability and a collaborative environment to apply your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide interventions
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support across environments
- Providing training and supervision to support staff in behavior management techniques
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed for effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students and multidisciplinary teams
Location:
