Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting in Joliet, IL. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral needs and collaborating closely with educators and families to implement effective interventions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
  • Providing direct one-on-one and group support to students as needed
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and data collection to ensure treatment fidelity
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Ability to work onsite 37.5 hours per week within a K-12 school environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with behavior analytic interventions in educational settings preferred
