Job Description

This onsite position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, providing dedicated support across a diverse K-12 caseload within the school environment.

Seeking candidates with strong clinical skills and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young adults. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to each students unique needs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Current state licensure as a BCBA in New Jersey
  • Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students
  • Train and support school staff and families in implementing behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
