Job Description

An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst eager to make a positive impact in a K-12 educational setting. This onsite position is located near Jersey City, NJ and involves working directly with students and educators to provide expert behavioral support and strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Active BCBA license and certification in New Jersey
  • Previous experience in K-12 settings is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop actionable behavior intervention plans
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct support and modeling to implement interventions
  • Train and guide school staff in behavioral strategies and data collection
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress, recommending modifications as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and collaborate on multidisciplinary solutions
