Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required

  • Previous experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students in grades 1-4
  • Conduct assessments to determine student needs and measure program effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and supervision to RBTs as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records to comply with school and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver direct services and consult on best behavioral practices within an elementary caseload
