Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in behavior analysis within an educational setting. Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of behavioral issues
  • Train and support educational staff in the application of ABA techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on behavioral goals and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
  • Provide support and guidance to families regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
