Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active NJ licensure and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in educational settings (K-12 preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional behavior assessments and design targeted interventions
  • Develop individualized education and behavior intervention plans for a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Provide direct behavior analytic services and support to students
  • Train and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families for consistent implementation
  • Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to track progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Continually assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to plans as needed
