Heres an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst seeking a full-time, onsite position supporting students in a dynamic K-12 environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in educational settings, possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, and be ready to create positive change through evidence-based strategies.
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey BCBA license and Board Certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Proven experience working in K-12 school settings
- Expertise in functional behavior assessment, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to support teachers, families, and students
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students in grades K-12
- Conduct thorough behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support positive student outcomes
- Provide ongoing training and consultation on behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adjust interventions based on ongoing data review and feedback
