Job Description

This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support within a K-12 school setting in Jersey City, NJ. This full-time, onsite contract position offers a caseload focused on students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and data analysis to monitor progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance on behavior strategies to school personnel

Qualifications:

  • Valid NJ License and BCBA Certification
  • Masters degree in a related field
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Contract
Hours: 3540 hours per week
