Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 educational setting located in Jersey City, NJ. This contract position offers a 35-hour workweek with schedules from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM or until 3:05 PM, beginning September 2, 2025, and concluding June 26, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluations for diverse student needs
  • Manage a K-12 caseload across multiple nearby schools within the district
  • Collaborate closely with district support teams to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Deliver autism-specific expertise to support student progress and classroom integration

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Strong school-based experience working with students in kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Proven ability to perform both testing and evaluations essential for student behavioral programming
  • Prior experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorders
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple schools within the district
