Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric environments highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
• Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans to support student learning and social development
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust interventions as needed to maximize effectiveness
• Train and guide school staff and paraprofessionals in ABA strategies and intervention techniques
• Collect, analyze, and report data to track student progress and inform future practices
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure a holistic approach to student needs
