Key Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Experience working within school environments preferred

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Current licensure as required by state guidelines (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students referred by school staff
• Develop evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and paraprofessional staff
• Train and coach school personnel in the implementation of effective behavioral interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed through ongoing data collection and analysis
• Participate in IEP and student support meetings, offering professional insight and recommendations
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation according to district and state requirements
