Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in schools or similar settings

  • Ability to provide staff training and ongoing support on behavioral strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze student data to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and caregivers on effective behavioral supports
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
