Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
• Ability to train and support teachers, staff, and families in behavior strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Develop, implement, and oversee data-driven behavioral interventions
• Provide coaching and in-service trainings for teachers and staff
• Monitor student progress and adapt plans as needed for ongoing effectiveness
• Communicate regularly with school staff and families to ensure continuity of support
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
