Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials in good standing
- Experience developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in schools preferred
- Understanding of Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) procedures and Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS)
- Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide training and guidance to teachers, aides, and families
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design targeted interventions
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with special education staff to ensure data-driven supports for students
- Provide training and consultation to instructional teams and caregivers
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform program adjustments
- Maintain timely documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
- Support the creation of safe, inclusive environments that promote student progress
