Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Clear communication with students, staff, and families
• Ability to train and support staff in the implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Flexible, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement positive behavior support plans
• Provide ongoing training and supervision for staff implementing behavioral strategies
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, offering expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Serve as a resource for fellow professionals and families, ensuring cohesive support for students
