Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with students in a school or similar educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices for students with behavioral or developmental challenges
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Capacity to train and mentor paraprofessionals, teachers, and family members
- Commitment to ethical and culturally competent practice
Responsibilities:
