Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within a school setting. This contract position is based in Jacksonville, FL, and involves working closely with students, educators, and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Design, oversee, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Provide training and consultation to school personnel on effective behavior management strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and relevant regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working within school environments, preferably with diverse student populations
