A school-based position is open for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Jacksonville, FL. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs of students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior strategies and data collection
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions and ensure progress
• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
