Desired Qualifications:

  • Must hold current BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated experience working in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Knowledge of current best practices in special education and behavioral support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to students needs
  • Train and mentor school staff and paraprofessionals to implement interventions with fidelity
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions as needed
