• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Strong skills conducting FBAs (Functional Behavioral Assessments) and data analysis
• Ability to train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents in behavior strategies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students with a range of needs
• Develop and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
