An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide professional services within a school setting in Jacksonville, FL. This contract position is ideal for a skilled BCBA who is passionate about supporting student behavioral development and working collaboratively with educational teams to implement effective behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and modify plans as needed
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel on behavior management strategies
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to special education and behavioral services
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working within school environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and techniques

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
