Job Description

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification, in good standing
  • Previous experience developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, preferably within a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Solid organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
  • Ability to analyze data, adapt strategies, and contribute creative solutions to support diverse student needs
  • Familiarity with functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data to inform intervention strategies
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective, individualized behavior intervention plans for students with varying needs
  • Provide professional development and training for educators and support staff on behavioral supports and positive reinforcement techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and progress toward educational goals
  • Engage with families and caregivers to offer resources and support, building consistent approaches across environments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, outcomes, and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing behavioral expertise and recommendations
