Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
  • Ability to collect data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborative attitude and adaptability to work alongside multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses for students
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized BIPs based on ongoing data collection
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral strategies
  • Provide direct consultation and coaching to classroom staff
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student plans
  • Keep thorough records of progress and documentation as required
