This contract opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves working directly with students to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience working in school settings preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
