Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience providing ABA therapy in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of FBA, BIP, and data-driven intervention implementation
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse student populations and unique challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and design comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavioral strategies with fidelity
• Maintain and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise to support best outcomes
• Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other related service providers to ensure continuity of care
• Provide direct or indirect services as outlined in students educational plans
