Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and implementation
• Excellent ability to work independently as well as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Effectively communicate with students, teachers, parents, and administrators
• Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust data-driven behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention
• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff
• Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and data collection procedures
• Progress monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing collaboration with educational teams
• Document and report progress clearly and effectively
