• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working in school-based settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, data collection, and intervention planning

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Deliver training and ongoing support to school personnel and families
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments and measure progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and behavioral insights
• Help cultivate a positive, inclusive school climate through staff collaboration and coaching
