Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative services to teachers and support staff
- Lead training sessions and offer behavioral strategies to educators and families
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to create student-centered goals and solutions
- Maintain thorough documentation of interventions and student progress
