Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct and consultative services to teachers and support staff
  • Lead training sessions and offer behavioral strategies to educators and families
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to create student-centered goals and solutions
  • Maintain thorough documentation of interventions and student progress
