Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted BCBA certification
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
  • Strong ability to assess students needs and develop, monitor, and update individualized intervention plans
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in applied behavior analysis and relevant legal/ethical standards
  • Comfortable with documentation, progress monitoring, and training staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
  • Train and coach school personnel in behavior management strategies
  • Monitor student progress, adapt interventions, and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for IEP/504 meetings and planning
