Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practice
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to assess student needs
- Design, implement, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans for students
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Provide staff training and ongoing support on ABA strategies and interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to planning and review processes
