Job Description

This opportunity seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a school setting. The role focuses on developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students' educational and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' progress.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Train and provide ongoing support to school personnel on behavioral strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working within school or educational environments.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
