This opportunity seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a school setting. The role focuses on developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students' educational and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' progress.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Train and provide ongoing support to school personnel on behavioral strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working within school or educational environments.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
