• Current Board Certification as a BCBA
• Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans

• Facilitate team meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to IEP development
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts when necessary
