Step into a pivotal school-based role as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, providing essential behavioral support for students ranging from kindergarten through age 22. As a valued clinician, youll help implement and refine evidence-based practices in setting IV programs, making a difference for learners with diverse needs. This full-time contract position offers up to 37.5 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year, starting in early September and continuing through late May. Youll collaborate with teams across several neighboring districts and receive outreach from experienced case managers seeking your expertise for behavioral consultations. This is an onsite opportunity within an energetic special education cooperative; no remote work or RBT supervision is required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required
- Previous experience in school or educational settings preferred
- Background with setting IV programs and K-22 age groups is highly valued
- Effective collaboration skills when working with multiple teams
- Strong communication, consultation, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide hands-on behavioral support for students in a school environment
- Consult with case managers and educators to address student needs
- Collaborate with neighboring districts on programming and student support
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure best practice implementation
