Job Description
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract role serving multiple school locations in Ontario, CA. This full-time position requires dedication to supporting students within a dynamic educational environment from the confirmed opening date through June 10th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs, promoting positive behavioral outcomes.
- Collaborate remotely with educational staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards as a California-licensed BCBA.
- Manage caseloads within assigned schools, ensuring consistent and effective behavioral support.
- Provide professional recommendations and documentation to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification with California licensure is mandatory.
- Experience working independently without on-site supervision is preferred.
- Ability to manage full-time hours (approximately 8.5 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
- Prior experience supporting school-aged populations is desirable.
- Strong communication skills to participate in virtual interview panels and coordinate with district personnel.
