This rewarding contract position is based in a year-round school near Ellicott City, MD, with full-time hours37.5 per week, Monday through Fridayproviding the consistency and support needed for student growth and achievement.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland BCBA certification required
• Proven experience working with diverse age groups in educational or behavioral settings
• Strong assessment, data analysis, and program development skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation abilities
• Compassionate, flexible approach to working with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with classroom teams, teachers, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
• Coach, train, and support staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with educational and ethical standards
• Adapt interventions and programming to meet the needs of a varied caseload
