Job Description
Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, where youll make an impactful difference across three classrooms serving 18 students of all ages. This rewarding contract position is based in a year-round school near Ellicott City, MD, with full-time hours37.5 per week, Monday through Fridayproviding the consistency and support needed for student growth and achievement.
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland BCBA certification required
- Proven experience working with diverse age groups in educational or behavioral settings
- Strong assessment, data analysis, and program development skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation abilities
- Compassionate, flexible approach to working with students, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with classroom teams, teachers, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
- Coach, train, and support staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with educational and ethical standards
- Adapt interventions and programming to meet the needs of a varied caseload
