A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a year-round elementary school setting in Ellicott City, MD. This contract position involves working Monday through Friday, providing behavioral services across all age groups, with a primary focus on health room support in the elementary school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold an active Maryland Board Certified Behavior Analyst (MD BCBA) credential
- Experience working with diverse student populations of varying ages
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices
Location:
- Ellicott City, MD (year-round school)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support students' behavioral and educational needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
