Job Description
A Behavioral Analyst is needed to support students in a school setting in Holyoke, MA. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to create positive outcomes for students in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Collect and analyze data to monitor behavior trends and adjust interventions accordingly
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and school policies in all behavior support activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in behavior assessment and intervention planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and families
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practices
