An opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential support for middle school students in an innovative autism program. Serving the LINKS Program across multiple campuses, this onsite, full-time role runs from August 2026 through June 2027. You will deliver direct and consultative behavioral services, collaborate with educators, and implement evidence-based practices for student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in school environments
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Background in assisting educators with evidence-based support for students with autism
- Proficient in data collection and progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a BCBA within the LINKS Autism Program for middle school students
- Provide direct behavioral services, interventions, and teacher/para support across five campuses
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect, monitor, and analyze student behavioral data to guide decision-making
- Offer consultative services and professional development to school staff
- Ensure high-quality implementation and compliance with program standards
- Communicate effectively with staff, administrators, and families regarding student progress and needs
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification/license (copy or screenshot required)
- Successful completion of a drug screen, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
- Reliable transportation to and from Springfield campuses
- Ability to maintain punctuality and follow absence notification procedures
