Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential support for middle school students in an innovative autism program. Serving the LINKS Program across multiple campuses, this onsite, full-time role runs from August 2026 through June 2027. You will deliver direct and consultative behavioral services, collaborate with educators, and implement evidence-based practices for student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Prior experience in school environments
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Background in assisting educators with evidence-based support for students with autism
  • Proficient in data collection and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a BCBA within the LINKS Autism Program for middle school students
  • Provide direct behavioral services, interventions, and teacher/para support across five campuses
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze student behavioral data to guide decision-making
  • Offer consultative services and professional development to school staff
  • Ensure high-quality implementation and compliance with program standards
  • Communicate effectively with staff, administrators, and families regarding student progress and needs

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification/license (copy or screenshot required)
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
  • Reliable transportation to and from Springfield campuses
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and follow absence notification procedures
