In this role, you will be based at the district office, providing critical behavioral consultation and support across multiple schools through a structured referral process. You'll have the advantage of working alongside recognized programs, including regular partnerships with the Vanderbilt Triad initiative, and participate in monthly consultations aimed at enhancing service delivery. An efficient help desk system and detailed operational model ensure that your workload is balanced and sustainable.

Preferred Experience and Licensing:

  • Current, active BCBA certification required
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to complete fingerprint clearance in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven support plans for referred students, from preschool through secondary levels
  • Serve as a consultant to school teams, offering expertise on behavioral interventions and best practices
  • Collaborate with district partners, including monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
